SAVE YOUR COLOR INK! PRINT IN GRAYSCALE!
(If this applies to your printer)

      
        STEP 1.  Go to FILE menu, click on PRINT
        STEP 2.  Click on PROPERTIES
        STEP 3.  Click on COLOR in top menu
        STEP 4.  Click box next to PRINT IN GRAYSCALE
        STEP 5.  Click OK on bottom
        STEP 6.  Print your document as usual

       THAT'S IT! Your printer should automatically return to color format when you go to print the next time.
